<p>&#8220;To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options&#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>The fix: you need to add MOTW (mark of the Web!) to your local pages.</p>

<p>Save your page and try opening it again. This should fix the issue!</p>
