Updated March 30, 2007

you will find JDHL Technologies views on Meta Tags.
Meta
tags are a bit confusing and often used incorrectly on many websites.
A meta tag is a snippet of code located between the <HEAD> </HEAD>

<meta name="description" content="test">
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;
charset=iso-8859-1">
Optional Group:
<meta name="author" content="test">
<meta name="designer" content="test">
<meta name="keywords" content="test">
<meta name="robots" content="noodp">
<meta name="robots" content="noydir">
